Apella Beach
Apella beach is located in the mid- eastern part of the island, 22 kilometers from Karpathos town and 36 kilometers from Arkasa village. This sandy crystal clear beach is among the best voted beaches in Europe the past years by visitors and probably the most popular beach of the island.
A beautiful scenery will capture you , steep mountains surrounded by pine trees gives the best combination of mountain and sea. Umbrellas, sun beds and a restaurant is available. The road is asphalt. You can also reach this beach with a nice boat excursion from Karpathos town.
